PRT WHEELS SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PRT WHEELS SHIPPING POLICY

All items in stock and not requiring customization will ship within 1-3 business days.  . 
Please double check your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.  If additional charges are necessary, we will contact the customer and wait for approval before the product will be shipped.
We ship using UPS and FEDEX depending on the option the customer chooses. 

PRT WHEELS RETURN POLICY 
                    
PRT WHEELS (PRT) must be contacted before the returning any product.  PRT will need to know the specific reason you are returning the product.  Be sure to ask for your Return Product Authorization (RPA) number.  Write your RPA number on the outside of the return package(s).  The original (or a copy) of the invoice must be in the package(s) with retuned product.  When you contact PRT we will give you the appropriate return address for the package(s).  Return freight to be paid by product purchaser.

If PRT Wheels shipped the customer an incorrect item(s), we will pay the freight both to and from the customer.

PRT WHEELS WILL CALL POLICY

After placing your order online, it will be available for pick-up the next business day.  Pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & 8am-11am Friday, but call before going by no matter what day you pick them up (they are racers too & they sometimes need to get to the track early). We will only have 4 of each item in stock at our customer pick-up address.   If you ordered more than 4 of an item, please allow 2-3 working days before attempting to pick up your order.
